Patient with a large overprojecting nose with a bulbous and droopy tip, wide nostrils and hanging columella. He underwent septorhinoplasty, dorsal hump reduction, straightening of the nose and septum, tip refinement and rotation and shortening of the nose. Nostril size reduction was also done.
